- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must not be on our list of non-returnable items (see section below).

2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health, safety, or hygiene reasons. These include:
- Items that have been worn, used, or altered in any way.
- Items that are marked as final sale or clearance.
- Custom-made or personalized products.
Please ensure that the product is in its original, resellable condition before initiating the return.
3. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return a product, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will review the information and issue a Return Authorization if your return is approved. We will also provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your product.
- Package the Item: Carefully package the item(s) you wish to return, ensuring that they are in original, unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to return the items. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product or color, please return the original item and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will issue a full refund or exchange and cover the cost of return shipping in such cases.
7. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for any reason other than a defect or error on our part, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. We recommend using a traceable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
